Hi there ! We are Shannon and Michael Stephens, the real people behind Sobriety Cards. We create irreverent greeting cards and gifts for people in recovery from addiction.
Based in Phoenix, Arizona, we started Sobriety Cards because we couldn’t find cards to recognize sobriety anniversaries that sounded like the way we talked. We wanted cards that were honest, blunt and raw so we created our own.Our cards are known for being irreverent, cheeky and bold. We are about shifting perceptions and starting conversations. We support our friends and family members suffering from the disease of addiction. We shine a light on the recovery journey. We aren’t perfect. We are vulnerable. We are survivors. We are strong. We are evolving. We are transforming. We are not alone. We are building a community that is supportive and encouraging. And we say fuck… a lot. It’s okay. It’s fucking hard. And we are here to fuck shit up in a good way.
We live in Phoenix with our 5-year-old daughter and our 9-year-old Jack Russell Terrier. Thanks for taking the time to get to know our family and our products.
